I got this awhile back, but never wore it. It's "Free size", & the material is rather stretchy, but I'd recommend this for a small to medium, or toned large in order for it to look flattering x:. It has some loose threads that I haven't gone about removing. Good for punk or gothic co-ords~

This was a retail therapy impulse buy 'cause I always wanted a cat muffler. I'm selling it though, because I learned I liked tippets more than mufflers (even if they're really cute ;A; ). It's super soft, has pearls, and has a polkadot underlining.
You can find this on the harajuku heart's site still, but that doesn't include shipping (and there's tax if you're in CA!). So, this is one of the items I don't think I'd want to go any lower x;.
