hey mimi, i didn't know you were in italy! i had an amazing time when i was there, and i'm planning on going back for a little next year. i want to hear about (possibly ALL about) your time there and things that have happened since i last saw you. so if you want to do that, and also to bowl with pot-bellied men from queens who reek of cigars, you can come to the ken on sunday; but this isn't an advertisement for the ken or anything. i know the feeling of thinking i've got bad luck, i think i used to get angry when things didn't go my way, as if i had no say in what happened to me, but now it's more of a nervousness because i feel like in general i'm able to control things but certain perspectives get in the way. i've had a lot of being social, i don't think too much, but i'd really prefer to spend as much of my time as possible with my close core group of friends that i really care about, lately other people seem pretty unnecessary, as if they're trying too hard or waking me up from really comfortable sleep. speaking of which, that's what i'm hopefully going to have right about now.
