This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.

2). Threadhopping: Yes.
3). Fourthwalling: Ask first.
4). Canon puncture: No.
5). Offensive subjects (elaborate): Ask first.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
1). Hugging this character: Depends on the circumstances. These are to get the general idea.
Man: If you're someone he doesn't know and/or an idiot, he'll cut you. If you're someone he does know, he'll threaten to cut you.
Girl: He'll still make it hard for you.
2). Kissing this character: Depends. If you're a guy or he doesn't know you, then the atmosphere's going to get heavy. Else, the atmosphere will be light with his confusion.
3). Flirting with this character: He's not going to understand unless you're direct anyway. He might even misunderstand them to be insults, depending on the play of words.
4). Fighting with this character: Definitely. I'm still a little new to these kinds of things, but I like fighting.
An exception for a better chance to hurt Leon would be if the fight was Tales style; exclusive to Tales characters. Only because it's not deadly to get slashed, burned, whatever.
5). Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Only if it was legit. Severe damage, you will have to ask first. But sometimes I'd do it of my own will if it's legit.
6). Killing this character: Discuss it with me first. Usually, I'd disagree though.
7). Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Believe it or not, go ahead. If your character is capable, it's not like he can stop it.
