But hey, I found out parsnips are darn tasty!
Made a palatable winter veg tofu stir fry with brown rice. Still need to figure out good ways to bring more flavor to the tofu (i know it takes on everything and anything, but even that needs time).
Tomorrow night is roast chicken night! Currently thawing our farm chicken now. I know, they all come from farms, but this one I know the person who raised it, so it makes it feel fresher.
