For dinner yesterday I tried grilling tuna steak in tinfoil. Literally, just wrapping a tuna steak in tinfoil, slapping the whole package down on my George Foreman grill, and turning it every few minutes. The result was... wow. Tender tuna cooked in its own juices, and it was actually steaklike rather than fishy. Well, OK, it tasted like tuna rather than steak; you know what I mean. Anyhow, here's some of that grilled tuna steak a la Foreman over rice. On the side is a helping of zucchini & onion stir-fry, and for dessert some steamed buns with anko filling.
I may grill everything in tinfoil from now on. Not only does it result in moister meat, but afterwards I don't have to clean the grill because the foil kept all the juice in!
