Every so often I feel the urge to assert my video-game-nerdishness. This time I did so by using arrows cut from nori to turn my rice with shrimp furikake into a Dance Dance Revolution screen. I play DDR or another arrow-stomper for an hour every evening; it's my workout. Why not incorporate it into my lunch?

On the other side, steamed pork gyoza, steamed broccoli and kiwi fruit & lychees. Lot of green & white, isn't that?
