Lunch Box 151: I was tired.
Today's lunch was sponsored by a nasty respiratory bug that sapped my will to live, much less cook, and two big projects at work that I had to complete, and thus could not call in sick. I was in no mood to do any real cooking, so here's some leftover rice with an umeboshi, takoyaki straight from the freezer, steamed snow peas (at least steaming isn't much work) and some mango and lychees.
