Hey, it's never too late - maybe Joe should be aiming to be a rookie on the Senior's tour one day - all the pro's have put themselves through so much, there is always an occasional unknown who can break through.

I tell him this ALL the time. I think it's an ego thing with him, he thinks he will never be as good as he was so he doesn't do it. He's now happily obsessed with crossfit so he at least has something fun :)
