1 By "well" I do mean please make sure there is nothing left within the gutters or downspouts regardless of the frozen status of whatever it may be. I do not mean "well" as in "Yes, this is like an abandoned well that has been neglected in our employer's England since the early 1400s and has not been cleaned since." I do mean do a good job.
