Ah, but the moon's promises...

Perhaps it will be the same in ten years.

No matter how much time passes, I will wait.

ten years away from cheshire kittens..., did that even affect the cheshire cat?

Yes.

What would become of my employees if I was not optimistic?

One can rehire better help.

Many times have I carefully considered that notion and found I encounter a problem.

That is too much of a shame. Good help is so hard to find these days.

I agree. That is why I will not replace them.

In their areas of expertise, I am afraid I would be hard-pressed to find better.

Your opinion makes them sound like worthwhile people after all.

Even so, that is not a word I would use to describe them.

If your employees are worthless, they cannot be the best out there. Which one is it?

Oh dear. It seems you are putting words in my mouth.

You are correct. If an employee is worthless, they would be unable to be the best at anything.

Although you are incorrect in your assessment of my attitude. I will never call them worthwhile, but I understand this does not make them entirely worthless.

They are, however, very close to entirely worthless.

A very interesting set of logic you present.

It sounds like you should look for better rounded employees. In what field do you employ?

Unfortunately, it is an honest assessment.
