Allow this post to be your personal invitation to SPARKTOBER 2014! I am waaay late coming to the prep game here but I'm sure we can make it happen together, right? RIGHT? THE PEOPLE'S SPARKTOBER.
Also: THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF ATLANTIS SPARKTOBER!

Things you can do right now YES RIGHT NOW!:
1. PICK A DAY FOR A THING-A-DAY! Be sure to read the comments for days that have been claimed, since more people have signed up since lyssie awesomely posted the request post!
2. SIGN UP FOR SPARKTOBER BINGO 2014! There have been literally no changes since Sparktober Bingo 2013 but the point is: forget all the bingo cards you never finished and START FRESH! it will be DIFFERENT THIS TIME! (or that is what I am telling myself.)
3. Follow the Sparktober tumblr!! This is BRAND NEW this year, and the exciting plan is to cross-post everything in daily roundup format and/or a thing a time depending on levels of laziness and me freaking out and basically because this way we are pretty much GUARANTEED new content every day because tumblr is nothing except people screencapping shows that are long off the air and freaking out about it and this is RELEVANT TO OUR INTERESTS AT THIS TIME OF YEAR.
4. Volunteer! Are you tumblr-savvy and want to help with cross-posting? Are you excited and have ideas for an activity or event? Have MS Paint and want to hack together some Sparktober promotional images? Please! No, really, PLEASE.
In personal non-Sparktober news, it has been a year plus one day since R's successful lung transplant, it has been exactly a year since I started my massively time/brain-intensive job, my mom is doing mostly ok and still being shot up with chemo poison all the time, and I am in a bath right now which is pretty great. YAY. SPARKTOBER TIME!
