e - gadz and little fishes!
My fifth grade teacher Betty Pitchko used to say "e-gadz and little fishes," often. She was a hoot. She used to give Pitchko pancakes. That was when she wound up to give you a smack on the bottom, when you were bad. It wasn't illegal then. I don't think she hit very hard. I dunno, I never actually got a 'Pitchko pancake'. Which is sort of amazing since I was kind of a rotton kid in school.
Well faiththerocker came over for a visit today. That was nice. I was v. v. bored. Also I am not feeling at all well. I see my Doc on Tuesday so hopefully he can fix me up. Although I think part of the problem is just this damn weather! I've had about all the winter I can take. I got Anna to go to Wendys for me, so I didn't have to cook. I have no jam. It's v. sad really. So I got nothing done today. but I guess that's okay, as Rebecca always says, "we are human beings, not human doings". I hope I feel better by Sunday though so I can go to the mall. The scooty chair is often available on Sundays and the mall isn't too terribly busy, so it's a good time to go. Well I'm just rambling so I think I'll go read my book now.
