[The PCD's video function activates, giving you a slowly rotating view of what appears to be a purple unicorn.  The faint glowing aura around her horn seems to be the source of whatever force keeping the device suspended in midair, as the confused expression on her face would explain why she seems to be talking more to herself than the PCD

Ugh... I'm a pony, of course. What about you though? I've never seen anything like you before... but so far all I've been able to figure out about your species is that you walk on two legs, and don't seem to understand the concept of polite introductions.

I can do lots of things with it- manipulating objects is the easiest, but unicorn ponies with the right training can turn one object into another or conjure it from thin air.
