A wide range of stuff

So I'm in Chapters today and fell in love with this girl whose name is Leah. She isn't really pretty by any means or have a sexy physique but something about her makes us in love. :) She went way out of her way to help me find these books that were on Chapters shelves but were not in their database or online which was weird. Anyways I will definately visit that location again ....for the books....thats it....books. It was really hard for me not to spend money there but I held back because of my Tbay trip.

Ok so Mazz messages me today and says that he might be coming to Calgary to visit me and Hobbs. Im thinking to myself "Why would a guy who has talked to be probably 5 times in the last 2 years come down to Calgary to visit?". I know he's assuming he will stay at my place for that time but he's surely mistaken. I just don't get it. That would be like me calling up Marcello and saying that Im coming to visit him in Tbay. I havent talked to marcello much in years but hey...if Mazz can do it. What is his deal? <--thats sounds stupid but I couldnt think of something better.

So Im starting to talk more frequently with my friend Heather again. She's the one who has so much in common with me and says she likes to talk to me and misses me all the time but is tooo unbelievably shy to meet up. Anyways, things are going well and Im really slathering on the charm so she will agree to hang out sometime. I guess thats the problem when you come across the people on the internet. Stupid Nexopia...why did I ever use that in the first place? So as of now we are email/msn/letter penpals but she says sometimes that she is more seriously contemplating hanging out which to me means "I want to see if things with this other guy will work out first and if not well what do I have to lose". But I do believe her in a way because she is crazy shy and has stories to prove it. Ill just have to build up some confidence to ask out the girl at Chapters and then just be friends with Heather. muhahah

I really should apply at Chapters. Ive tried twice in 2 different cities and it hasnt worked out but maybe a second time in Calgary will work considering every business in town is hiring and desperate. Its pretty bad when a thrift store is paying 14 bucks and mcdonalds 10 bucks an hour to work. Although I never see a "now hiring" sign infront of Chapters. Im thinking of just calling that location and talking to a manager to see if in fact they are hiring. It would be a fun part time job during school. My goal is to work at chapters and have my pick of beautiful brainy women to date :P I'm learning the tricks on how to meet people from my best friends lol. But seriously though its brilliant...theres always beautiful women there, I love books and obviously those who work there do as well and at least I know the people I work with are not some ditzy hip hop-loving slut robots. Ill apply after Tbay and see what happens.

I saw benchwarmers this weekend. It had some really really really funny parts but as the movie continued on it really was getting stupid. It was funny but the storyline was kind of dumb. It was a 6.25 out of 10. Like really, if Deuce Bigallow was the only reason their team was winning because of his homeruns why didnt the other team just walk him every time he went up to bat? It sounds overly critical but its true and obvious. Anyways it wasnt that good but the funny parts in the first half are worth it. I also rewatched for the 10000 time Con Air, the Stewie Griffin story and Joy Ride...all great! I swam in the river behind our house and also played some baseball for a bit. Oh and I downloaded a bunch of Bleeding Through but I already had about 14 songs on my computer so I just downloaded ones from the album Mack recommended that I didnt already have. So good !!

Im going to get back to cleaning my room, finish reading the Kite Runner and possibly write some letters back home.
