Mission Eight

Whoever finishes this poem first, and can tell me where it is located (also why it's famous), will get a big cookie! I'm talking like, chocolate chunk Starbucks-sized cookie! (And try not to use Google or anything like that, if you had to look it up, you don't get a cookie!)

(Hint: I've bolded the major clues as to what it is about!)

Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame
With conquering limbs astride from land to land;
Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand
A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame
Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name
Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand
