Hey, Hi, and Hello:
A bunch of stuff has happened since I last wrote, which I why I should update more often. Damn me!
My last day at Champion College Solutions was today. I was sad, but I'm really looking forward to working at Valley Bone and Joint. I start tomorrow!!! I'm nervous, but oh so excited.
So I thought people at Champion were just going to wish me luck, say bye and that would be it. They kinda threw me a mini goodbye party. There was cake, a card they ALL signed, and they got a me a little flower pot with a balloon in it. It was so sweet. No job has ever done that for me and it made me feel so special. I hate being put on the spot or being showcased, so I was like beat red and shaking when they surprised me with all that stuff. The whole day people were coming up to me, saying they were so sad to see me go. I didn't think I made much of an impact on people. I will never forget those people. I made some good friendships and I will cherish the moments forever.
Now that I'm done with that, I move next week!!!!!! Ahhhh so happy to be on our own.
The only thing is Tony and I did something really stupid last week. I suddenly wanted to look at the reviews for our apartment complex. The score was a 35% out of 100. WTF!? So we started reading and alot were very negative. Some reviews had bad bug problems like scorpions, roaches and ants. Which I cannot live with. Bugs belong outside in plants or underground away from me. Others were annoyed by the maintenance service, things not getting taken care of in a timely manner. I can live with that, I guess.. I'll just keep calling them until it gets fixed. The one thing I'm actually scared of is that I guess some people have seen broken car windows and heard of car theft. Tony and I have very nice and expensive stereo equipment and want to keep it. ha So we are just going to take everything we can out of our cars, not blast our systems in the complex and lock lock lock. I'm glad we looked now, so if there is a problem we wouldn't be in the dark about it.
We also looked around the area and nothing was higher than 67%. We then reassured ourselves with the fact that out of all the people in our complex only 40 people wrote reviews. So out of like 1000 people 40 had problems. Big whoop, right? Tomorrow after I get off work we are going to check out our apartment, like the one we are actually going to live in, to make sure its all good and clean and ready for us. I'm going to bring my camera and take pictures to document everything. I want to save my own ass.
So thats pretty much all for now. I gotta go take a shower and relax and prepare for tomorrow.
Oh also, got the new A Day to Remember cd on Tuesday.
Its amazing. I love it so much.
I can't wait to see them live again in April!!!!
