yesterday while i was doing homework on my bed i turned over to work on my stomach cause i cant sit still for very long, and i used my fists to support myself...except my left fist didnt stay striaght up and down, it collapsed and so that my wrist hit the bed, and i think i tore a tendon or ligiment or something. it hurts to hold a pencil or grab
