common sense
today was interesting, i found out why i dont have common sense. as it turns out i had a poor understanding of the meaning of the word since early childhood. go figure. i always understood it to mean useing reason common to everyone. one doesnt have to be well schooled to kno that they should do 2 chores on one side of town before going to the other side of town before doing the third, that would be common sense, as it is only reasonable to do things that are close together to save time, and no amount of schooling can teach u this, its just something u kno. thus i have always been confused as to why i "dont have common sense", as i can plan in this way and can (at times) display other actions which would be considered reasonable without anyone haveing to tell me how to do things. but alas this was never the definition. the real definition appears to be closer to "useing senses common to the average person". ie haveing to do with senses and a general coherence of thought on what u percieve. so if a girl were to ask u if u wanted to get lunch it would be common sense that she was interested in u (i suppose). to me this is a fallacy, it means she wants to eat lunch and she doesnt mind eating with u, that is all that can be assertained by the statement, it does not rule out any possibility of attraction, however probabilities must be determined on a case by case basis. in addition, probabilities have to be determined by experience, gut feeling, whatever, however i dont trust my gut. obviously this problem wouldnt be a problem if i had common sense cause i would understand instinctivly what was implied, but i dont have it and i think its wrong to make incorrect assumption, blast. stupid advanced logical tendencys ingrained at an early age!
in addition i went to the 98 cent store and was unimpressed. got y'not burgers, cause u kno, y not. read some of tks book which is actually nicks book about why ppl are more depressed even tho our standard of liveing is dramatically increaseing. really makes u think. its a shitload of facts but thats how i like my books lol. i read like 20 pages, i was impressed i never read that much. went home and played wow and got ran thru rfc and then went back to ghostlands and they killed 3 elite guys and basically did 5 other quests and all i did was follow being like o wow u can kill things faster that i can raid their corpse...amamzeing!" went to moms house and did some more homework. fun fun fun
