Pip came home from the vet at midday. Sadly she is stuff having diarrhea. It's rather horrible, but what else can we do? She's on antibiotics, eating a paste to stiffen her stools, and we are feeding her the best food for a dog suffering an upset stomach. We tried some home-made nappies but they weren't very successful. Well, I'll be honest, they weren't even remotely successful. They fell off withing minutes.

The good news is Pip is a LOT better today. I never thought I'd be so happy to see a properly formed dog turd.

Oh good news on the doggie turd, eh? Hope it continues and you figure out what causes the bad stuff! (even better, hope it was just a nasty bug that doesn't come back)

Pip has been fine this past 24 hours, so fingers crossed we've seen the back of the bug (I'm 90% sure that's the cause of this stomach upset).

Shame about Pip. Hope she improves. Shame about Stoke too. Man U seem unstoppable.

We had a wee setback with Pip but she 's back to her usual self now.

Stoke won today so they should be safe. They need to invest in a striker (or two) for next season though.
