I just finished watching The Notebook. Yes, I did. At first I only wanted to see it because I was told that it was so sad that I would definitely cry. Being the man's man that I am, I had to see it for myself. I didn't end up crying, but it was pretty sad. One thing I noticed when I was watching the movie is that I toured Allison's parent's house when I was on a field trip in 5th grade when I lived in SC. It's in a big plantation. I don't know why but seeing this movie made me really miss the South and even more Charleston. This is a great movie to see with your boyfriend or girlfiend, especially since VDAY is Monday, but if you don't have a gf, it could make you want to jump off the balcony of your three story house...not that I'm going to do it.
