So yeah it's been forever and ten days and now I've decided to update. A lot has happened since the last update. I started college (if you could call it that) with the intentions of transferring to Columbia College to study music. About seven weeks in I decided that I didn't really care much for some dude to tell me how to write music. I came to the conclusion that no man can tell/teach me how to write like myself more than me. Yes eventually I would have been able to write like Bach but then what do I do with that? Compose a bunch of classical music thats already been done? So I decided to drop out of music theory and keyboard harmony which inevitably led to me dropping out of MCC. If I don't know what I want to do with my life I don't want to be in school. I'd rather save up until I know what I want to do with school. Which led to me getting a new job at jimmy johns. I was hired on the spot as a shift manager. About three weeks in of the stint I was cleaning the meat slicer as I had many times before and cut the shit out of my right index finger. I was carted off to the Sherman Health Centre where they told me I couldn't get stitches because there was nothing to stitch up. I sliced my finger like you'd slice a piece of ham. I still don't have a fingerprint of my finger but I'm growing scar tissue which is good. Workers comp ended up paying all the medical bills and giving me a check for 166 dollars for sitting on my ass for a week. Needless to say in this amazing At well state of Illinois I was fired for..... survey says........ Not passing my sandwhich tests which was complete bullshit. They had told me that I hadn't passed them and that they were going to keep me after the fact and then once I cut my finger they fire me.
Total bullshit, I know but not much I can do. Time to find a new job again.

On the upside I saw Walk the Line last night. It was amazing. Johnny Cash is bad ass. Go see it.
