"I'm beginning to think you only mean that literally, Zane," Mohinder laughed, bringing one of Sylar's fingertips to his lips.
Hah was my 1st thought the 1st time Sylar said that.lol
That James was such a tease, he so wanted Gabriel.
It's cute that Sylar was relieved when he realized that Momo hadn't been with a man before either.

Oh, Sylar, always thinking about seamen.
I could keep you like a pet and you would depend on me for everything until I was the only thing in your world.
Yes! Do that! :D
But seriously, this story is fascinating. Sylar's POV seems very plausible, very real in too many ways to quote.
Also, I love this fantasy:
"Raskolnikov," Gabriel whispered to himself, and he heard James' voice say it in his ear, deep and rough like a secret.
"Raskolnikov, you're beautiful."

Hahaha oh god I'm dying. Of course there had to be a dirty reason my subconscious chose that simile.
Thank you so much! 'Plausible' is like the best compliment ever.
I'm glad you liked the Raskolnikov part; I wasn't sure about that.

I come from the land of using LJ solely for private entries and celebrity gossip.
I'm new to the ship and Heroes in general (I was going through an 'I don't watch TV' phase when it started -- bad call, I know) so I'm catching up on what's the 'norm' in fic but I am so so pleased you thought it felt original.
Ahhh I was so nervous/hesitant about posting, and especially about Sylar's characterization, so I can't tell you how much I appreciate your comment.
Thank you!
