Dude, even before I shipped Mylar, as soon as they decided to partner up in the middle of S1 I was like, ZANE AND MOHINDER ROAD TRIP. THINK OF THE HIJINKS THAT WILL ENSUE. And proceeded to format an entire outline in my head for a sitcom, including hilarious misunderstandings and near discoveries of Sylar's true identity, all the while with awesome BFF bonding. Which I then presented to anyone who would listen.
Um. It was pretty obnoxious so I guess it's a good thing I found the Mylar comm as soon as I did. XD Otherwise I would still be inflicting this idea onto my poor normal friends, I think, assuming I'd have had any left.
LOL, I probably should have done so before Sendhil and Zachary went and stole the idea from me. ;)
No, but seriously, I have no work ethic. Even if I'd started, it would have ended up abandoned in my WIP folder, haha. Doesn't mean someone else oughtn't write them a series, though! The Zany Adventures Of Zane And Mo. It would be cheesy and slashy and wunnerful.
LMAO!! I bet Zach and Sendhil at least joked around about cracky plot bunnies for either fic or the show. I love those two so much :D
I totally, TOTALLY sympathize with that. I'll get started on a fic, and then I'll just leave it for later, and it ends up collecting dust. I've mostly left the fic writing to the pros; hopefully during this uber-long hiatus someone can come up with a crack!fic featuring Zane and Mo. I'm sure there have been at least a couple one-shots in the past.... *heads off to the archives*
