mm, in any case... my sister just started her LJ so i thought i'd follow suit a little ^^;; to be completely honest, i started LJ so that i can haunt communities and to post comments and such. and i have so many of these LJ/vox/xanga/facebook thingies that i feel like i'd just repeat myself all of the time @_@ but in any case, introductions!
i'm a girl, i'm asian, i'm in my 20's, i am currently in graduate school, i live in the USA, i speak English and Mandarin Chinese fluently, i can speak Japanese conversationally, and i can speak limited Korean. i can read and write in Korean, i can read most Japanese (still have a bit of trouble with kanji...), and i can read Chinese moderately well... i am usually quiet and shy in person but once you get to know me i can be pretty rowdy ^^ i have a little sister and 2 little brothers. i have not lived with my family for 10 years although now i share an apartment with my little sister (you can find her here). i love my family of course, even if they do live 3000 miles away from me ^^;; i also have an extensive extended family, all of whom i adore as well ^^ i may be biased, but i think my cousins are the coolest cousins in the world ^^
my favorite group is Arashi and i have a penchant for watching jdoramas. currently i'm watching 花ざかりの君たちへ and 山田太郎ものがたり so you get a taste of my interests ^^;; i don't only watch dramas with pretty boys but since watching dramas is my "escape from reality" as i am in graduate school in psychology and therefore deal with depressing subject matter at work at times, i tend to gravitate more towards happy fluffy stuff ^^ i started out with kdramas but haven't watched any for a little while except for 내이름은김삼순 & 건빵선생과 별사탕... also just started watching cdramas, mainly 花樣少年少女 and KO-One ^^
