sometimes sausage still gives you migraines even though you maybe thought bratwurst didn't count and oh wait- it does.
sometimes it's still nice to watch your little sister sleep, and pretend she's still a newborn and you're still 5 years old and she's still the most beautiful little thing you've ever seen
some things, however, do change
sometimes, the FX network comes through with a really good television show and redeems the young-hip-moron-biased-media for just a few thrity-minute episodes.

sometimes the home you used to be scared to come home too, or the home you sometimes hated, or the home that wasn't ever really a home at all, becomes the one place you want to come to on the weekend from college.
