(no subject)
So what have I been up to?
The other week I went to a wonderful, simple wedding downtown. Half the party were middle eastern so the belly dancing and lamb were both delicious. The other half were jamaican so the Land Shark beer was great. I followed that with partying downtown and driving people home.
Started back on the running. Its hard going.
Went up to New Braunfels for the 4th with Evan, Matt, and Aneesa and proceeded to eat my weight in everything from Costco hot dogs to samosas from India to burgers to steak to birthday cake icecream. Talked a bit about the old pain. Found out it still stings but at least there were puppies and potential plans for travel to ZE FADERLAND (Germany).
Last night was The Bart Crow Band and enough Shiner to choke a small horse.
Maybe a movie tonight. Maybe a manicure tomorrow.
When Im at my strongest I am the living fucking embodiment of amor fati. Its just the other times that I have to control my... rollicking crests of emotions.
In two days Im turning 25. I'm really not sure how thats all going to go down. It may be another day.
