(no subject)
i HONESTLY do not think richmond has ever rained THIS HARD before! not to mention the winds are strong as hell! i walked out of the buchanan building today and opened up my umbrella, and WHAM! it instantly flips inside out. It really was quite embrassing, but funny thing was, everywhere i walked 1/5 people's umbrella flew inside out. The busstop at Sexsmith Park and Ride (comming back from UBC) was literally flooded. The bus driver couldn't even stop at the right stop. He had to like stop a few meters before it because the sidewalk was leveled with the road in water. It was kinda crazy..really gawd damn crazy. Well turns out, wearing boots today was a good choice! No wet socks. aha. But yeh, it wouldve been a pretty good day actually because i got my Eng proposal back and i got surprisingly well =). My day was not only ruined by the weather, but by the fact that i carelessly dropped my U-pass and UBC student card somewhere. I'm almost positive it is somewhere on campus, but what are the chances of me tracing it back? This isn't small like high school. fawk! now i gotta pay to bus to school tomorrow and pay $20 to reissue a new pass. Sucky sucky sucky! When i get lucky, something unlucky always strikes. It's so unfair!
