Yesterday I sat in the bus and a boy came in. As his mother got their tickets stamped, he grabbed the poles right next to me and started swinging/jumping. He noticed me staring at him with a grin on my face so he turned to me and said, "What?!", as if he was doing just the most natural thing in the world. Nothing, I replied, barely being able to contain my laughter. After all, I was only jealous because I secretly wanted to do the same thing.
I tried to find the Hussein video but it was a lot more difficult than I'd expected. I thought that they didn't censor things anymore nowadays, but apparently these countries are not so free and open as they claim to be. Hypocrites. Not to mention the thing itself. As if the death penalty with an injection or the electric chair isn't inhuman enough, they hang someone? Instead of making progress, they go another age back. The hell? If they find Bin Laden, are they going to throw him in a barrel of hot oil? Will they tie him to a stake and burn him? Will they crucify him?
No, no, not crucifixion, 'cause that would be an insult to Jesus Christ and oh em gee don't you dare touch Jesus Christ for he is our Saviour and stands for everything good and holy. Well, being a stinking atheist, maybe I know nothing of religion but I think that if anything Jesus would disapprove of killing another human, even "in the name of justice". No one should get to decide over other people's lifes, not Saddam frickin' Hussein, not suicide bombers, but also not appointed judges or "the people". It makes you nothing less than a pig* without any appreciation of God, Allah, or whatever you call it.
