I haven't posted in a few days. How peculiar! Especially since so many things happened!!! Okay not really.
On Thursday Marilyn came over and we walked around Nijmegen and stood in smelly heaps and waved at random people and freezed to death. It was really amusing, actually. We also established that I can't eat pizza >_> Oh well.
On Friday I took my guitar and went over to George's place. George used to be in the band I was part of for a day or something too :P He's really weird, but a brilliant piano player, honestly. We played a few songs and walked the dog and discussed who's coming to the Harry Potter premiere this tuesday in Amsterdam. Wheeee! Fun.
Yesterday Ami visited for a quick chat, then after dinner I went over to
issamel's place to watch The Little Mermaid. I'd never seen it before even though it sometimes felt like I had, because I used to have a stickerbook and therefore knew most of the scenes, but not the songs and the voices. It was kind of strange. But there was popcorn! Three bowls, since we were with four people, mwahaha. It was very nice.
Somewhere in between I cut
kirie off my flist and felt relieved for a moment. Then we talked and I tried to explain but I couldn't because I don't know why I'm so crap either and then felt terribly bad. I added her back today.
And today... I did nothing whatsoever. NaNo... bleeh. Okay I can't do it. No, I could, but maan. Bleergh. Just. Boo. I don't want to give up, I hate giving up, but 3500 words a day is just too much what with Harry Potter on Tuesday and Ruben & Nathan (a comedy duo, met Ruben Nikolai van de Lama's, whee!) on Wednesday and school and sleep and boo and... I'm sorry for wasting the time of the people who read it, I'm glad there weren't so many of them anyway. I'm sorry for wasting
twitcat_'s time, who was a great and hilarious proofreader.
Okay I'll stop now before this sounds like a suicide note.
But on an even more depressing note: my camera's memory stick died. I still have one of 16MB, but this is of course nothing compared to the 256MB one I loved so dearly. Darn!
