Convention Big FUN
Hey LJ. Haven't really wrote anything in here in a while. I figured I should, since I was talking to one of my co-workers abouts blogs. She has one to, she told me most of her entries are on private, but I should ask her if I can add her.
Last weekend was really fun. I cosplayed BLACK CAT. I was adorable! Jaz and Wes joined me...and so did the lesbian.
The convention was pretty awesome, I was expecting a little bit more because the flyers made it seem so. The twins from harry potter were suppose to be there. Krum was suppose to be there... A lot of the people I wanted to go bailed out. Rumors say that Krums grandfather had just past away and the twins were to busy doing a movie. Oh well. Instead of seeing the twins though, I saw Dante. I never really got into Clerks, but I've been a Jay and Silent Bob fan (Jay and Silent Bob strikes back and dogma, mall rats) yeah i guess I wasn;t a true fan because I never got into clerks, but I just recently watched clerks two (well the second half of it) ironically they keep playing clerks 2 on HBO and its kinda awesome because i just met Dante. Oh yeah by the way, they've been playing kick ass movies on hbo like 300 and being joe bronkavich. hard candy was on the other day but i was to tired to watch it.
Anyway, yeah Dantes pretty awesome.
I saw a SUPER hot JOKER. HOLY SHIT. He was hot.
my favorite part of the convention time was the guitarhero band thing.
I enjoyed myself but I was sort of down because I didn't see as many costumes, but that all changed on Saturday.
The night before the convention, my friends got wasted. And they didn;t do anything like jump in the pool and drown or anything, they just had political debates...which i found sort of weird.
i'm not really into politics...but maybe i should be. i'm kind of worried about the economy. right now i'm becoming an adult, and it fucking sucks that i'm starting to drive and work for myself and the price value for everything rises up.
i mean it makes common sense that most people aren't getting paid enough. i use to make 6.67 at the mall, if gas costs 4.10 then i'm working for gas. i really dont know how rock bottom our countries going to get, but its going to fucking suck. and of course this happens when i'm a poor ass college student.
anyway, saturday at the convention was sort of fun, it had its ups and downs. i was sort of getting annoyed by the male attention i was getting, well let me rephrase that. it wasn't the attention i was getting annoyed by, it was how some people gave me the attention. for example..its cool when someone asks to take a picture with you. its annoying when a car is slowly following you and creepy old men are asking you scary questions,...and then you feel like a peice of meat. there was a lot of creepy people, and there was a lot of nice people. along with that i had other emotions about other issues in my head that made my emotions go up and down a lot.
today was awesome. mike called me up and asked me to join him to do a photoshoot. so of course i brought out my blackcat outfit...a lot of the pictures came out so adorable. i can't wait until i get the photos this weekend.
i'm reallly really sleeepy, but i did enjoy writing in LJ. sorry that i haven't wrote since heath ledger died.
