Underneath the Weight of it All by _mournthewicked, where Chad is one of Jared's multiple personalities (along with Sam and Sandy). Also by the same author, her brilliant Reinventing Love Verse has a lovely version of Chad, where he is a spaz and a douche but also a really awesome friend. Mostly featured in We Must Reinvent Love and Tell Them We're Like Magnets.
Everyone Experiments in College by indysaur, where Chad is Jared's douchebag roommate.
I’d Kick Ass on a Test About You and Me by dugindeep. Also known as the reason this rec list got pushed up to being posted today, xD. Where Chad is Jared's roommate (by choice) and makes dumb rules like no anal sex in their room but, really, he loves his big gay roommate.

This wasn't a particularly surprising revelation since Chad's default mode was to assume every part of his body was awesome but it was nice to have some visual confirmation.
