Contemplative mood continues

Writing, dancing, meditation, blogging, drawing... it's all in the mix.

It's hard because I just want to float through life. LOL, no that is not it.

It's just so easy to hit the snooze button 2 or 3 times a morning, thus skipping yoga or belly dancing. Then getting home after the stress & overwhelmedness of the office, and just turning off my brain and "relaxing" with a book...

There is just not enough time in the day to fill it all with things I want to do and things I need to do.

I am not a ball of energy, I need my rest time consistent and plentiful. I understand and respect that about myself, so I don't spend weeks, months being sick instead a few days here and there.

So if I want to change things, first, I think I need to utilize Sundays better and maybe "schedule" 2 hour blocks for this or that a couple nights a week. Like knitting group but for myself doing XYZ.

Thinking of all this reminds me I need to get the pile of junk out of the attic. Need to talk to dad about his next dump run. I think that will go a long way to helping me get re-excited about that space and work on making it mine, which interestingly enough requires seating to share with others.

And a horoscope that just might encourage me to stay on the right track:

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): Novelist James Patterson has signed a deal with a publisher to churn out 17 new books between now and the end of 2012. (By comparison, it took me six years to write my first book, nine years to write my second, and five years for my third.) According to my reading of the astrological omens, you Geminis will have James Patterson-like levels of fecundity for at least the next four weeks. I suggest you employ that good mojo to create a masterpiece or two.
