Fantasy TV
Is anyone else playing TV Bigshot? You can add my network to your SpyList and vice versa. (You might liken TV Bigshot to Fantasy Football.. but with TV).
I am so excited for this game! I'm just bummed that points don't accumulate until next week! And that I ran out of money before I could decide whether I wanted to buy a power player like Grey's Anatomy.. grrr. Shows like GA are overvalued.. I'm skeptical about the returns, especially considering Private Practice's entrance and just a general air of "this is growing old" with GA.
My network is a good mix of old favorites and promising newcomers.. I don't know whether I should hang onto my last $50 million as insurance, or to buy another show.. I was thinking about Chuck but I'm actually kind of doubtful it'll make it far. But I said that about Prison Break when it premiered too :P My network is oddly NBC dominant, which alarms me..
I love combining the knowledge of ratings, critical vs popular acclaim, network bigwig tendencies, time slots, influential players, and show credibility into this game. Finally! A use for all my useless TV know-how..
