This week I've been dining out and eating fast food. I could definitely have done better and tomorrow will be when I get myself back on track. I visited my Dr. on Friday and everything checks out :^). My body definitely feels better than when I even began my weight loss journey. I just think about how great I will feel at my GW and that will inspire me.
I am still looking for decent yet affordable Yoga/Pilates DVDs. I definitely prefer a matwork video since I have a Pilates cardio DVD already but I want something more for relaxation/stretching. I keep trying to read DVD reviews but I'm not finding anything good :^(
