Update of your life...
Maybe not. Actually I don't know if I actually have that much stuff to say.
~ I went back to work. Which is good, because I don't have ANY spending money. Mostly because I spent it all. Anyways...moving on.
~ I started HFCC.
~ I started the first class in the Wilton series...I'm going to take all of the Wilton courses, so be prepared for lots of cake during the practice period. While I don't think I really want an entire life-long career in cake decorating...or even pastry for that matter, I do enjoy it. It is also my retirement plan...for when I retire and then decide I need to do something...this will be my something.
~ I am doing a Songs section of an Ice Cream Social on Friday for Girl Scouts...I haven't done one for almost a year now. I'm basically just doing a much shorter version of what I had saved from when I did that conference. I don't think the girls will mind, actually I know then won't. They are so much better than adults. When I taught that workshop at the State Conference some of the women were really crabby. Kids are nice, they just see someone our age who is a Girl Scout and automatically assume you are the coolest person on the face of the Earth. Toss in a couple stories about when you worked at camp, and then if you mess us, it's ok because you're Crayola from Camp Narrin. I'm not sure how that works out in their minds, but it does. And I like kids. And surprisingly I like to sing these songs.
~ I cleaned my car and my room.
~ With some help, I have moved in the direction of not dwelling in the relationship past.
~ I'm going to go to bed now...good night world.
