I really have no idea, although what I'm most concerned about is "why". I see no reason for such a senseless action, which honestly is quite scary in itself *sigh*.

Whoever did this probably wanted either attention or fun, that's something only a crazy would do.

Can you really see some other reason behind that? They only got innocent people, and what they did with the corpses pretty much prove the fact they wanted attention.
It's obvious they want people to talk about this... but why?

P-please calm down, Toraware-san. There is no clue left, not even the authorities knows who did it, it's hopeless. And even if it wasn't, they managed to do something this big, do you really think you'll stand a chance against them? They would crush you.

I'm sorry, but you can't. Toraware-san, there are things you cannot do even when you want it so bad.
As I said earlier, suppose you find the culprits. Then what? You'll fight them? The outcome of that is already obvious. You need to carefully plan everything if you want to do something; this is a situation where you'll lose no matter what.
