poetry on the way, part 2
to try and fulfill my longing for poetry i am going to post some poetry written by a commuter on a train.

Casual Anxiety
"I might lose you," she says
to a distant lover (or friend,
acquaintance, hairdresser, therapist).
Her voice more pragmatic than desperate
as the train comes off the bridge
and starts to head underground:
"If I do, I'll call back."
