So last night I saw 300 and since I am in America right now, I couldn't stop laughing at all the "freedom" references during the movie.

Also, Spartans totally did dudes. They can't pin gayness on just the Athenians!

My arms look like chicken wings right now.

No but she does make doe eyes at the camera. The instructor is ace, though. I've heard that her first dvd is full of her blathering away, but this one is my favorite workout. I am not ashamed!
