(no subject)

i just got a statement from Tricare (the military insurance company) about my doctor visit back in December (when I was still fully covered). It says "THIS IS NOT A BILL" but at the bottom it says "AMOUNT YOU OWE: $90.96"

WTF??

1) Why am I JUST NOW getting this statement when that appointment was 5 months ago?

2) I had full coverage, I shouldn't owe ANYTHING.
