I found myself with a bit of free time and someone who shall remain nameless forgot to pick up any meat at the grocery today so I decided to try a tilapia recipe that I've had for a while. It was very good.




This is a new recipe for homemade greenbean casserole (no canned soup). It was incredibly rich and yummy. Loaded with sour cream and swiss and cheddar cheese.




I happened to have several little tomatoes that I simply sliced and covered with balsamic vinegar, salt and fresh ground pepper.




This is the broiled tilapia parmesan. It was arguably the best tilapia I've ever eaten. And tilapia is one of my favorites.




My 8yo had to have mashed potatoes too. I'm glad there is leftover for lunch tomorrow. :)
