Now i am in Sisaket!! weee. but before i get onto that i will tell you about the ceremonies that broke my host family's new building in. Well the first night was the Chinese night and i was a little scared buring this night. they had some chinese buddhist guys come to the building and go to EVERY room with their stick and throwing rice to make sure there was no bad spirits there... my thai friends explained it as "ghostbusters" so you can see. and they were so serious about it and then they all went around the house again but the second time there was a horse tail on the stick and i didnt know if it was horse hair or human hair at first so i was kinda scared! but then they told me it was horse and i felt better. then they hit a table with the stick and made a few hits on the gong and rubbed the horse tail on all over my host mom while she sat in a chair and they put this thing on her head and i was scared they were going to like whack her because they were swinging their stick all around her head. then after all the hoopla all of my host family's relatives stayed over and we played cards until the early hours of the morning. then the next day we woke up early and got ready for the thai monks to come and do their thing with the building and i was excited because i had friends on this day unlike the night before where i was pretty alnoe... so yeah yam and mr cool and pom were there and then i got a call from maria german and i had to boogy on over to Bangkok ASAP so i didnt see what the monks did, then i went to bangkok and drove to sisaket with chelsea and maria and marias host family. now i am in chlseas city and we are wearing her hot school uniform! ok... we are going to have grand adventures and then i will tell all about it!
