I'm a bad blogger at the moment- completely ignoring my journal X3
Life is uneventful. I'm actually working my way through Lord of The Rings and just finished up reading about Helm's Deep. You have no idea how happy it made me to see that the competition between Legolas and Gimli to see who can kill the most orcs is actually canon and not a figment of Peter Jackson's delightfully vivid imagination. Having watched all the movies in extended DVD version I'm standing beside him in his cinematic decisions. Yes, he left some things out, yes he over-emphasized other issues (the battle of Helm's Deep took about four pages in the book compared to 45 minutes in the movie XD) but overall I enjoy the movies. As the story continues though I'm betting that there will be more and more that will have been left out so I'm withholding final judgment until I'm done ^_~
