I am not minding this weather
I know a bunch of people wish they could slap me for saying that, but I really do not enjoy the hotter weather. I live in New Hampshire for a reason. Not because I feel like I was born here and will never escape alive. Although with my hand issues, I'm in pain in the cold or I can't breathe in the heat. I think I'd rather deal with the pain in my hands, honestly. That I can at least semi-control by putting heat on them. Breathing? Not so much.
Today is my six month check-in with my cardiologist. She's going to tell me my cholesterol is still too high, but I brought it down fifteen points from last year so hopefully she'll just tell me to keep on doing what I'm doing. The less pills I have to take, the better. I'm already taking fish oil, vitamin D, and a multi-vitamin/multi-mineral every day. Can't that be enough?
My tattoo looks brilliant. It's no longer scabby and gross, now it's just peeling like a sunburn. Which also grosses me out, but whatever. It's healing and that's all that matters.
We decided to move the chinchillas into the bathroom so that will be the big project for the week. Our bathroom is huge so it's not too much of an inconvenience. And we simply can't cool their room the way it needs to be cooled. I'd rather have them in the bathroom than constantly worry about them dying from the heat. Plus we'll have a guest room for the summer when we move them. That's always a plus!
In other news, I have been stamped again. Gotta say, I'm a little surprised with this one. I was almost expecting Apple Bloom.
Not that I am complaining. Sweetie Bell and I are a lot a like in a multitude of ways. Plus, she's a unicorn. Hello!
