(no subject)
so. band camp is officially over. i thought it would never come. but. i kind of miss it in a weird, sort of way. but. hey. this is only the beginning of the season. plenty more band to come around, thats for sure. yeah. if im not making any sense its that its 312 in the morning and i really cant sleep. i'll probably be out soon. but my computer isnt working at home and im staying the night at my friend lexis house. so chyeah. anyhow. band camp was SO much better than last year. even if we havent set the whole first song yet. we're doing great. im so proud of everyone. one of the super hot days, we had a girl pass out. and it was so serious that she couldnt come back for a day or so. very scary. the clarinet section talked about section shirts. im not quite sure how we're going to do them. but we want to have them before our first competition which is sep 16. well. its not REALLY a competition. its the york country preview. but still. we want to have them before then. so im excited. im section leader this year. and chantelle is caption head. we switched. im glad we're not competitive. because that would suck bad. haha. anyhow. yeah. i feel like we got a bunch accomplished during the two weeks. we just had practice from 530 to 830 and we have it tomorrow, er, today too. then we start school wenesday. and we practice monday tuesday and thursday 4-630. he said once he gets comfortable with the show, we'd drop mondays. so. i really really have a good feeling about this year. lets just hope that this good feeling doesnt just end up to be a feeling. =)
