Well, it's been close, and we're keeping a eye on things, but so far our town's flood control system, aka the levee and Hennepin Canal (what's left of it) have been doing their jobs. Gotta say, I've been having a LOT of flashbacks lately to the Flood of '93. We had a little water in our basement (barely an inch, if that much) due to seepage and I had to re-do a bunch of laundry, and there have been a few highway detours, but all in all, we've been very lucky.

Careful hugs for Ed, Hank, Betty, Bill and 'blue!

(careful because I had PT earlier today-- but it's getting better! I can actually use both arms now -- if I'm careful!

But you are certainly right about it being a mighty crazy quilt. Hank's going to double his efforts to find Ed a particularly loud shirt for their next New Year's Eve celebration.
