This is such a neat idea! My mother collects old postcards, so I immediately knew they were authentic. I just love your story and everything you are doing!

Strange, I can't seem to find the Leave a Comment option, so I'm replying instead. I love these postcards!! What kind of cosmic karma is going around that you would have these great cards in your possession already??? You were destined to write Ed and Hank, we were destined to love it!! My faves so far are the "Fishing is Great" and the sheep, both absolutely heart breaking. Thanks for putting them up, they're all great!!

Truth is I have had them for years and years.

But... I think you can find old postcards on ebay and other auction sites and in antique stores.

I am so slow.... Just occurred to me. If you'd like I bet I can send you copies of whichever ones you'd like. Some are still under copyright, but I think it's o.k. if it's only for personal use, I don't make any money off of it and I don't send too many out. Some aren't copyrighted at all. Let me know...

Oh, these are so lovely. I found myself laughing and getting choked up at the same time. Whatever trouble you had to go through to get these on your LJ was worth it. I enjoyed them immensely, as I do your story. Thanks you!!

Thanks! Glad you liked them and the story. It was easy to do once I figured it out the first time. I'm having scanner problems now... but can put more up when that gets figured out.
