Greetin's from...
A room with a view

Glad you like the story and the music. Hopefully that's the last of the toilets though...

Toad Rippin'...er, Road Trippin' cwby30 June 2 2007, 18:27:45 UTC
Mornin'.

Well, like that part of the country, been through lots of it, never get tired of it, does seem like you can see forever sometimes. Sure like the pictures.

Must've been some kinda good view back at camp inside the truck, listening to the rain falling on the roof. Lazy days for sure.

Thanks.

Hey there, Glad you enjoyed the pictures! Ed and Hank definitely enjoyed their lazy day. The view was definitely one of the best back at camp. And you just gotta love the sound of rain falling on a roof...

Ha! A loo with a view. Seems like this trip is aquiring a theme. Maybe Ed 'n Hank can sell it to Disney as a new idea for a park. 'No queues for the loos' as its slogan.

LOL! Hank almost used that for the title and then decided it would give it away too much and no one would read another post about a another loo. Love the idea for the new Disney theme park. Although I think you should get the profits from coming up with it. Will get the check in the mail.

P.S. Hank is hoping that's the last of this particular theme...

Great vacation! sid401k June 2 2007, 19:48:37 UTC
Ed & Hank may not know much about tourism, but they know what they like! I'm surprised that they left Hank-the-dog and Ed-the-dog behind. This sounds like the kind of trip those two would really enjoy, too. Plenty of piss pit stops.

LOL! Nope, Ed and Hank know nothing about tourism but they do stop for whatever they want whenever they want. They didn't want to leave the dogs behind but Ed and Hank thought they'd be better off staying on the ranch with Bill because they still get skittish riding in vehicles. (Probably because they had been dumped by their previous owner.)

Great road side rest joetheone June 2 2007, 21:39:57 UTC
I love the road side rest reminds me of when I was about 5 or 6 and my dad took me out to go to the bathroom along side of the road and he saw one of those big mounds of dirt he pulled my pants down sat me on that mound and said to go to the bathroom. Little did we know that mound was full of fire ants and they crawled all over me bit me up and our next stop was the Emergency room. Who would have known what crawls out of those lovely road side rest like this. Hmm so much fun and games going on a road trip I was young but let me tell you I will never ever forget that day. Glad you found and internet cafe with good pancakes I love pancakes on a trip so fulfilling and darn good also. The heart shaped rocks well they are beautiful and I noticed the other rock formations that well always set my heart on fire seeing those I'm so dirty minded my partner said always thinking with the wrong head at times. OMG! And OUCH too! Hate biting ants. Guess you coulda used either of these pit toilets. Hopefully, Ed and Hank will be able to stay out of any emergency rooms. And one more good thing about pancakes... they're cheap!
