a little bit of everything in a nutshell:
homecoming '05 pretty much ruled. the slave labor paid off when the seniors swept it all up and took out the trash while letter girls liven up that incredibly dead student section. we had a really great homecoming court this year that was very representative of our grade as a whole. syd in her sunglasses and her pretty dress in the parade made me happy. i really like funny people and people that act a fool and don't care who's watching. i have a bad habit of straddling the fence because i can see things from different perspectives. i hate that i'm not very knowledgable when it comes to world affairs, so i'm taking up reading cnn.com every day. i have really good classes this year with really awesome people. i mostly love mcguff's assignment of reading the bible- i don't really like analyzing it like another piece of literature. we talked about the world ending today, and that really interests me. i've put off homework and studying for the past few weeks because i'm convinced that senior grades don't matter- but i'm not even sure how my grades have been affected. i should probably get on writing college applications since i have about 10 essays to write. the dance is tomorrow and i don't know what i'm going to wear. i'm really just not very organized. i feel like something big is about to happen, and i'm just waiting for it. this entry is borderline lame, so now it's over.
