So... As of 3 PM EST we (America) will have a new chief justice. John Roberts was confirmed with a 78 to 22 vote. I was watching it live on CNN (I know, I'm a dork.). The stupid newscaster was talking over the damn thing, so I barely heard who said what. I heard Senator Clinton vote no, and I heard Senator Kerry's name called during the roll call. Unfortunately, Kerry was the one senator (which I could hear over the newscaster) which I didn't hear whether he voted yea or no. ::shrug:: It doesn't really matter, I suppose.
