Agility
So as everyone knows Emma is in agility and today I was working on it with her. I have some weave poles I built and she is having problems getting the concept down, in fact she got bored with them, so Im going to have to work with her on them again later today. Its weird for Emma to get bored with anything that involves me and her running around and treats. I think its confusing her and she doesnt wanna bother. For everyone who doesnt know what weave poles are, here is a picture
I also ordered her a tunnel off of JCPenney's today. She loves tunnels already, I just thought we could work on speed with her. Its 12 feet long so she should love that. I also read that having the dogs run across a ladder that is laying down creates awareness of their backfeet, which Emma doesnt really seem to have a problem on but I figure it wont hurt, and its something so simple that five min a day won't hurt.
I just need to make jumps now...grrr. I hate making stuff out of pvc cause cutting the pvc is so fn time consuming. I made her weave poles out of that and I need to make four jumps so thats gonna be a whole afternoon making them, but I know she'll love them once I make them. She gets so excited when we do stuff like that.
